Motorola’s latest smartwatch is already listed on Best Buy Canada ahead of its official launch. The Moto Watch 70 is shown in detail alongside its key specs and pricing on the retailer’s website.
Moto Watch 70 brings a 1.69-inch color screen with 240x280px resolution. The listing does not specify whether the watch uses an LCD or AMOLED screen. We do get confirmation that the case is made from zinc alloy while the bundled watch strap is made from silicone.
The smartwatch brings heart-rate tracking alongside SpO2 sensor and a gyroscope. It can track up to 23 sports modes and brings Bluetooth 5.0 connectivity. Battery life is rated at 14 hours of continuous usage and charging is handled via a proprietary magnetic charging cradle. The watch is also IP-67 rated which means you can swim and shower with it.
There’s no mentions of WearOS so we can safely assume Moto Watch 70 runs Moto OS just like the Moto Watch 100 from last year.
Motorola moto Watch 70 comes in a single black color and is listed at CAD 99 (about USD 75). There are no availability details as of now though we can expect Motorola to formally announce the wearable soon enough.
